  • I. Product Standards

    This product is manufactured according to GB/T12706.1-2008 "Copper-core and aluminum-core plastic insulated power cables with a rated voltage of 35kV" standard. It can also be manufactured according to international electrotechnical commission recommended standards IEC, British standards, German standards and American standards according to customer needs.

    II. Scope of Application

    This product is suitable for fixed installation in 0.6/1kV power distribution networks or industrial equipment at the rated power frequency.

    III. Operating Temperature and Installation Conditions

    1. Rated power frequency voltage U0/U 0.6/1kV.
    2. The maximum allowable long-term temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 90℃.
    3. During short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5S), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃.

    *Ground laying

    4. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃.
    5. Cable bending radius:

    Single-core cable: 20(D+d)±5%

    Three-core cable: 15(D+d)±5%

    There is no limit to the laying height difference of the cable.

    *Aerial laying

    1. When single-core cables are laid in parallel, the center distance is: 185㎜2 and below is twice the cable diameter; 240㎜2 and above is 90㎜.
    2. Ambient air temperature: 40℃
